Plenary
In the final stage of the Dramatic Enquiry the facilitator comes out of character before a final decision can be made by the class as we want them to continue thinking about their decision.
For your plenary, what questions would you want the students to answer about what they’ve just experienced? As well as questions around what the enquiry made them think about, students could be asked whether they had changed their minds at any point and what it was that provoked them to change their minds.
Exercise:
Write down a few prompt questions for your plenary discussion.
You have now completed planning a full Dramatic Enquiry. You can now go ahead and deliver this to your class.
