18. Module 3, part 2

In this section you’ll create the middle section of your Dramatic Enquiry.

Welcome to part 2 of Module 3 on Dramatic Enquiry. This part begins with introducing your scenario to your students. How you introduce your scenario to your students can be done in many ways. We have burst into a classroom in character while a lesson has been going on (as pre-arranged with the teacher). But simply telling the students what is going to happen and asking them to suspend their disbelief would also work well – whatever you feel comfortable with as the facilitator.

Exercise

Think for a few minutes about how you would introduce your scenario based on your own teaching experience and the knowledge you have of your students. Write down your introduction in bullet points and then move onto the next part of the course.
