Recruitment

Call out for Trustees

Cap-a-Pie is looking for people to join our board of trustees. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of our organisation and help shape the future of our work.

Cap-a-Pie is a small organisation with big ambitions. Trustees make a real difference to Cap-a-Pie and the people we serve. It’s an opportunity for you to use your experience and expertise for good.

Please let us know if you have any access requirements or there is anything else we can do to support your application and your experience with us.

Increasing Diversity

We want to increase the diversity of our board of trustees. To help us better represent the community we serve we particularly welcome applications from:

  • People who consider themselves to be disabled, or identify as disabled in some other way.
  • People who are more likely to experience racism* including but not limited to African diaspora people, South, East, and South East Asian diaspora people, Middle East and North African people and Latinx people.
  • People from lower socio-economic backgrounds.

We will take positive action during recruitment to help us diversify our board.

* We are using the phrase people who are more likely to experience racism in line with the recommendations from Inc Arts.

We love to chat 😊. Let us If you’d like an informal conversation about becoming a trustee get in touch.
