ROAD The Consett-Gateshead road (A692) joins the A1 and A68, passing right through the village of Dipton. Travelling via the A692 from, (a) Consett - the turning to The Store is on the right, shortly after Dipton Collierley Primary School on the left; (b) Gateshead - the turning to The Store is on the left, shortly after the Bute Arms pub on the right. We ask all patrons to make use of the public car park opposite (marked on map). BY BUS The following bus services stop nearby or directly outside The Store: 44 (Durham-Newcastle/Newcastle-Durham) runs twice an hour. |
